Job summary

Brandon Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Weston-super-Mare to assist autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible. You will help with daily activities, routines, shopping, cooking, health needs and personal care, always guided by each person’s preferences.

This full-time role offers flexible shifts on a 24/7 rota, a salary of £12.71–£12.87 per hour plus £60 per sleep-in shift, and full training with ongoing support and development
