At our service in Ellon, we support individuals with a wide range of needs to live as independently as possible in their own flats. The individuals you'll be supporting range in age from 23 to 65 and enjoy lots of great activities, so we’re looking for people to join the team who are interested in trying new things and supporting people to achieve their own personal goals. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support people with bowls, boccia, gardening, going to the movies, swimming, cooking, baking and anything else they enjoy. Our team provide support 7 days a week, so we ask for flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday-Sunday and this will include some sleepover shifts. Our shift patterns can vary, but some examples of typical shifts are 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 9am the next day (with sleepover), 2.45pm - 3pm the next day (with sleepover). We are currently recruiting for a Temporary position of 35 hours and 37 hours. Due to various Services within Ellon being a driver is essential as you may be asked to cover at other Services.
