Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking female Support Workers to provide bank/casual support in Cardonald, Glasgow. The role focuses on delivering person-centred support in the community, including assistance with daily tasks, cooking, and participation in activities.

A background in mental health support is beneficial, and weekend availability is helpful. Shifts include 9.30am–9.30am sleepover, 7.30am–7.30pm, and 9.30am–2.30pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals in their own homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living tasks including personal care and cooking.
• Support with community activities and transport as needed.
• Assist with basic finance management and medication administration where trained.
