Community Integrated Care is recruiting Support Workers in the Stonehaven area. You will work with vulnerable adults, providing compassionate care and supporting daily activities.

The role includes shift work from early mornings to evenings, including sleepovers when required, with training provided and opportunities for progression. We invest profits back into the people we support, offer 28 days annual leave pro-rata for part-time staff, a pension, and a casual dress code.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with care needs, including those who may exhibit challenging behaviours.
• Positive and motivated attitude with a commitment to quality care.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including sleepovers and weekends.
