Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a caring and motivated Bank Support Worker to assist a young lady in Brightons, near Polmont, Falkirk. You will follow a personalized care plan, enabling independence and participation in daily activities within a home setting.

Shifts begin at 10:00 and run to 10:00 the next day, with a sleepover from 23:00 to 07:00. A driver is preferred due to mobility needs; a female colleague is required for this role in line with Equality Act 2010.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting people with complex needs is essential.
• SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care would be highly desirable.
• Support roles require empathy, patience and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a young lady to live independently in her own home.
• Follow a tailored care and support plan to meet her individual needs.
• Work with Trauma informed care, PTSD awareness and skin integrity instructions.
