Job summary

Forest Homecare Ltd is recruiting Support Workers for our Colchester team. No experience is necessary as full paid training is provided. You will need to be flexible and able to work with adults who may have learning disabilities or mental health needs.

Your duties include supporting individuals with a range of activities, assisting with home tasks and daily living, and providing personal care as needed. Some shifts may involve sleep-in duties overnight and travel between service users.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full paid training provided.
• Be flexible and able to work with adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with activities including access to vocational, educational and social activities.
• Assist with home-related tasks and daily living to meet service user outcomes.
• Provide assistance with aspects of personal care as required.
• Attend visits ranging from 30 minutes to several hours; some sleep-in duties may be needed.
