Discovery is hiring a Support Worker for Eliot Court in Taunton. You will help eight residents with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities, with shifts 7:00–14:30 and 14:30–22:00 and alternating weekends.

A full UK driving licence is required, and flexibility to work at another Discovery home is beneficial. We welcome compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals who enjoy enabling independence and community connection.
