Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Burgess Hill to help enhance the quality of life for the people we support. Typical shifts include early, late, and overnight sleep-in duties, with training and development opportunities as part of a values-driven team.

You will assist individuals with daily living, encourage community involvement and teach new life skills in a supportive, caring environment. DBS checks and references are required for all applicants.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain independence in daily living.
• Work within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
• Assist with life skills, socialising and activities in the community.
• Encourage independence and help clients meet personal goals (e.g., cooking, outings).
