OneCall24 Limited is hiring a Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred support in homes and community settings. You will promote independence, dignity and well-being while helping service users achieve personal goals and lead active lives.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, maintaining records, and safeguarding vulnerable adults, with a reliable driver and career development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the last 2 years.
• Must be a driver with a car.
• Must have Practical First Aid Training and Practical Medication Administration Training Certificate.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs and preferences.
• Assisting with daily living activities and encouraging independence.
• Supporting service users to access community activities, appointments, and social opportunities.
• Promoting choice, dignity, inclusion, and equality at all times.
• Assisting with personal care where required.
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to support planning.
• Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults in accordance with policies and procedures.
