Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to cover Earith, Ely, Littleport and Soham areas in Cambridgeshire. This permanent role offers full-time, part-time or relief hours with a guaranteed monthly salary at £13.30 per hour, and immediate interview opportunities.

You will join an inclusive team to empower adults with a learning disability using a person-centred approach, with full training provided. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to cover multiple locations.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
• Compassionate, caring and confident.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and emotional support to adults with learning disabilities.
• Assist with developing new skills and daily living activities.
• Help plan and manage individuals' own homes and routines.
• Support with leisure, interests and travel in community or home settings.
• Maintain safety and dignity through a person-centred approach.
