Community Integrated Care in Fraserburgh is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to help four ladies live as independently as possible. You will provide medication administration, daily living support and social activities in their homes, building trusting relationships and promoting dignity and choice.

This full-time role requires flexibility for shift work, including days, evenings and sleepovers. You will join a supportive team, receive training and development, and contribute to meaningful

• Experience supporting people who can exhibit challenging behaviour.
• Ability to work across flexible shift patterns including days and sleepovers.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration
• Moving and positioning
• Cooking and home maintenance
• Social support
• Support to achieve personal goals
• Managing the finances of the people we support
• The team provides support 24 hours a day
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, sleepovers and some weekends. Shift patterns can vary but are generally: 7.30am - 3.30pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7.30am (sleepover)
