Community Integrated Care is seeking compassionate support workers to help people with learning and physical disabilities across England. You will deliver person-centred care, support daily activities, and promote independence in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

We offer guaranteed contracted hours, DBS/PVG paid, 28 days holiday (pro-rated for part-time), a pension, casual dress, flexible shifts, and opportunities for progression within a multi-award-winning charity.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care or support roles is valued.
• Ability to work with people with learning and physical disabilities
• Values-aligned with care and inclusion, willingness to learn and develop

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or two-to-one support to people in their home and local community.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care as needed.
• Promote independence and choice in line with the person’s plan and goals.
