Community Integrated Care is hiring for a Support Worker to help three individuals live their day-to-day lives with dignity and compassion. You will support personal care, mobility, meals, and community activities within a caring team.

The role offers guaranteed shifts, ongoing training and opportunities for career progression, with a supportive leadership and a focus on wellbeing. DBS clearance is provided free of charge.

• Support 3 individuals with daily living, respecting their preferences.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and safety needs.
