Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months experience in a healthcare environment, preferably supporting learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour or mental health needs.
• Ability to be patient and calm under pressure.
• Reliable and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication as required.
• Assisting with daily living and domestic duties.
• Developing positive working relationships with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Maintaining health, safety and welfare of clients.
• Maintaining accurate reports and support plans.
• Communicating with the Service Manager.
