Key is recruiting for Support Workers in Scotland to provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with varying needs. You will work locally as part of a friendly, supportive team, empowering individuals to live as independently as possible with dignity and respect.

This role offers either full-time or part-time contracts, with a focus on flexible hours including evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights where required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
• Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends.
• A person-centred approach and commitment to helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised support to adults with a variety of needs.
• Empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity and wellbeing.
