Join Our Incredible Team as a Relief Support Worker!
Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference? We’re seeking caring, dedicated, and committed Relief Support Workers to join our friendly team in Bursledon. You’ll work with six individuals, aged 36 to 63, each with learning disabilities and their own unique personality. Whether it’s David’s passion for Southampton FC and rock concerts or Susan’s love of Disney films, you’ll enjoy getting to know their interests and supporting them in a way that’s tailored to their needs.
We’re looking for 2 Relief Support Workers who are confident swimmers and hold a UK manual driving licence. You will support people in hydrotherapy sessions and be available to cover day or night shifts as needed to support the permanent team.

A valid UK manual driving licence and access to your own car, as our location isn’t easily accessible by public transport.
Confident swimming skills to assist during hydrotherapy sessions.

Flexibility to work a variety of day and night shifts as needed.
A commitment to providing high-quality care and following individual care plans.
