Prime Life is seeking passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as Support Workers, on a full or part-time basis. We currently have several vacancies and are eager to meet candidates for interviews.

This role is based at Phoenix Park Care Village in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. The Care Village is designed to meet the needs of 146 residents across three buildings. Our residents often live with age-related health conditions, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and dementia, requiring respectful, patient, and understanding support from our team. Many residents need one-to-one personal support to maintain their independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting independence during meal preparation and mealtimes
  • Collaborating with professionals to develop individual care plans
What we’re looking for:

A genuine caring nature and a desire to make a difference. Prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is preferred but not essential, as full training is provided. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents’ individual abilities.
