For this vacancy, applicants must hold a full UK Driving Licence to take the People we Support out on activities/engagements/appointments.

We are two ladies who have lived together for many years and have become great friends.
We both need support to move around the home safely and access the community, using wheelchairs and other aids.
We enjoy being out in the community, going to events, swimming, holidays, music, musicals, theatre, baking, and eating what we make.
We value our independence, like to have fun, and enjoy meeting new people. We appreciate support that involves us in activities and respects our wishes.
Our gardens, sitting outside in summer, watching local animals, and decorating our bedrooms with photos of loved ones.
Shift patterns include 07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, 22:00-07:00 sleep-ins, and 10:00-17:00 1-1 hours. We support a female-only team but enjoy visits from male staff. The home requires 24-hour support with staff shifts often supporting others during sickness and leave.
