• Female Location: Warrington, WA5 Full time / Part Time FULL UK/ EU Driving License is essential for this role
• Confident Driving Automatic Vehicle The current pay rate of £12.85 per hour will be increasing to £13.45 per hour from 1st October.

About the role You'll be supporting three women in their 20s-30s to continue living independently in their shared home, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and enjoy the everyday things that matter most to them.

You'll support them to live life their way, including:

• Building and developing independent living skills
• Supporting with finances and budgeting
• Helping with cooking, cleaning and laundry
• Supporting them to prepare for and attend their part‑time jobs, including timekeeping and routines
• Providing personal care, where required
• Encouraging involvement in activities, hobbies and interests they enjoy Shift: Shift Patterns, we are looking for people who can be flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
