A leading community care provider in Exeter is seeking a Support Worker to assist elderly residents in maintaining their independence. Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based in Exeter.

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily support the elderly who are experiencing difficulties due to physical frailty, helping them maintain independence. Your responsibilities include assisting residents with mobility, helping them move to dining areas, communal spaces for social activities, and to their bedrooms upon request.
You will also support residents with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, and dressing. Additionally, you will engage residents in recreational and social activities, both individually and in groups, to promote physical and mental well-being.
The role aims to promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care.
