Job summary

In Inclusion in Coatbridge, we are seeking a Support Worker to join a team supporting an independent woman to live the life she chooses. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, attend appointments and activities, maintain social connections and participate in community life, and provide some personal care and meal preparation.

This is a rewarding role that enables the person to exercise choice and control in daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day tasks and personal care as needed.
• Support with household tasks and meal preparation.
• Accompany the person to appointments, activities, and days out.
• Promote independence, choice and community participation at all times.
