Dimensions Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist three individuals with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy in Winnersh (RG41). The role involves a mix of 1:1 and 2:1 support to maintain independence and community engagement, with shifts across daytime and a sleep-in option.

You’ll be trained and supported throughout, with a focus on person-centred care, dignity, and promoting wellbeing. The team enjoys varied activities and meaningful community involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in care/support work is helpful but not essential.
• Training and support will be provided to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to three individuals with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy.
• Assist with community activities and outings to promote independence.
• Support mobility and daily living tasks including meal preparation and medication administration.
