You will support individuals with daily activities, attend appointments, and help with personal care, finances, and mobility. Evening, weekend, and sleep-in shifts are part of the rota, and DBS check costs are borne by the employer.

• Must hold a Full UK Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Help people with their day-to-day routine in line with personal support plans (dressing, personal care, finances, medication, appointments).
• Build relationships with the people supported and encourage them to do what they love.
• Use Nourish digital app to access care plans; training will be provided.
