Discovery is recruiting a Support Worker in Bridgwater to assist adults with epilepsy, Down's syndrome and autism. You will contribute to daily living, meal prep and active participation in social activities within a warm, supportive team.

No prior social care experience is required, but you will need the right values, willingness to learn and confidence to support individuals to live the life they choose. Strong communication and empathy are essential to build trusted relationships with people,

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support with care and compassion.
• Assist with meal preparation and daily routines.
• Support active living and participation in activities and community life.
• Record notes and training progress using digital systems and stay connected with the team.
