Job summary

Community Integrated Care in Peterhead is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults live independently in their own homes within Peterhead Town Centre. You’ll work as part of a small, caring team supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to enjoy daily life with dignity and choice.

The role involves everyday tasks, social activities, preparation of meals, medical administration and managing finances, with 24/7 support including sleepovers and some weekend work.

Qualifications

• The people we support have learning disabilities, autism and own Syndrome.

Responsibilities

• Support a group of adults to live independently in their own homes around Peterhead Town Centre.
• The people we support love group events and our team helps organise and host these activities.
• Provide daily support such as medical administration, cooking and cleaning, and help manage finances.
• We provide 24/7 support including some weekend work and sleepovers.
• This is a 30 hour fixed term role with the possibility of extending to a Full Time contract.
