Job summary

Community Integrated Care seeks compassionate Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism in Peterhead. You will support daily living in their own homes, help plan and join group activities, and ensure a person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Support a group of adults to live independently in their own homes around Peterhead Town Centre.
• Help with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, medication administration, and budgeting support.
• Assist with organising group events and community activities to foster social engagement.
• Provide 24/7 support as needed, including sleepovers and weekends.
