Job summary

Mencap is seeking dedicated Support Workers for Cranleigh. You will help five people with learning disabilities in daily activities at home and in the community, providing emotional support and assisting with mobility and personal care.

The role includes domestic duties, meal prep, shopping, and facilitating social activities while ensuring a safe, respectful home life. Sleep-in options may be available with enhanced pay.

Responsibilities
