You'll also provide care tasks as needed and enable community access, with emphasis on safety and person-centred support. Driving licence and DBS disclosure are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in care/support roles or similar is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• DBS disclosure required or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support adults in living skills and independence across multiple services.
• Assist with personal care, medication, budgeting, and household tasks.
• Help individuals access their communities and participate in activities.
