Job summary

CareTech is recruiting Support Workers for our Aldershot service aiding adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. This role offers a chance to build a rewarding, long-term career and make a real difference in clients' lives.

You will deliver person-centred support per individual plans, assist with daily living skills and personal care, promote independence and wellbeing, and help with activities and appointments. Flexibility for rota shifts is required.

• Excellent communication and written skills for accurate records.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care as required.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing for service users.
• Support activities, appointments and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
