CareTech Community Services Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker to join our Harrietsham service, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will provide person-centred support in line with individual plans and help with daily living tasks to promote independence.

We offer full training, a rota including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, and a range of benefits as part of a supportive, long-term career in our care community.

Qualifications

• Seeking caring, patient and respectful individuals with a positive attitude.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to write clearly.
• Willingness to complete IT basics and written tasks as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing for clients.
• Support activities, appointments and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
