Job summary

Innovate Trust is hiring support workers in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Wales. A Full UK Driving Licence is required, and candidates should be reliable, outgoing and capable of promoting independence for people with learning disabilities.

You will need or be willing to pursue a relevant Health and Social Care qualification, with Innovate Trust covering costs. An Enhanced DBS check is required; CVs are not accepted. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Willingness to achieve a Health and Social Care qualification; Innovate Trust will support with costs.
• Be registered with Social Care Wales within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support in various settings (core/cluster, shared housing, emergency accommodation, short stay).
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Promote independence and well-being of people with learning disabilities.
