Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers in North Shields to help individuals with learning disabilities live independent and active lives. You will assist with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and join a diverse team committed to person-centered care.

Roles include night, weekend, and holiday shifts. DBS checks and references are required; roles are 24hr services with rota planning. Salary is competitive and benefits are provided.
