Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities is desirable.
• Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends.
• Full driving licence is essential.

• Help develop independent living skills and promote personal goal achievement within care plans.
• Promote wellbeing, independence, confidence and social inclusion for service users.
