Qualifications

• Caring attitude and genuine empathy for others.
• Full UK driving licence preferred to support independent living.

Responsibilities

• Support people to gain daily living independence and social participation.
• Assist with personal care and activities, encouraging community access.
• Engage in activities with individuals, from outings to in-house sessions.
• Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and maintain reflective practice.
