Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers in Mirfield to help enhance the quality of life for people supported in our Mirfield service. You will provide hands-on care, promote independence, and assist with daily living tasks within a dynamic team.

You’ll work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins, with comprehensive benefits and training to grow in your care role. A full UK driving license is preferred for this service location.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Encourage community access and social activities for service users.
• Support individuals in learning life skills and activities (e.g., outings, games, cinema).
• Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as part of care.
