Job summary

Voyage Care in Rotherham is seeking genuine, compassionate Support Workers to help people gain daily independence within a dynamic team. You will assist with personal care, teach life skills, and support community engagement in a welcoming supported living setting.

Applicants should have a full UK driving license, be resilient and flexible, and have experience with Positive Behaviour Support and individuals with autism or mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Experience with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury or mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain independence in daily life.
• Teach life skills and encourage access to local communities.
• Assist with personal care and accompany activities.
