The package includes a permanent full-time contract with 37 hours per week (£24,773) or 45 hours per week (£30,128) as a base, with annual holiday entitlement starting at 29 days.

Responsibilities

• Promote the independence of people we support.
• Support a full range of daily activities including cleaning and cooking, days out or holidays.
• Arrange activities in the home and in the local community.
• Develop residents' life skills and personal interests.
• Help residents stay safe and healthy.
• Assist with personal care needs.
• Manual handling where needed.
• Support people with medication including creams and lotions.
• Ensure records are maintained to the required standard and contribute to service monitoring.
