Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Support Worker for Willowmead in East Molesey. This full-time role covers a 42-hour week on a rotating day/night shift pattern, with weekend work included. You will support clients with daily activities, assist with care plans, and help maintain safety and wellbeing.
