Job summary

Voyage Care's ABI service in Gloucester is seeking a dedicated Support Worker. You will help with personal care, encourage independence, support community participation, and assist with daily activities and outings.

This role requires a full UK driving licence and a patient, flexible approach. Experience with Positive Behaviour Support, autism, or acquired brain injury is valued. Training and DBS checks will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Be over 21 years old due to insurance policy.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans is preferred.
• Experience working with autism, acquired brain injury or complex needs is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Encourage independence and life skills development.
• Enable access to local communities and activities (outings, meals, cinema, etc.).
• Support individuals to achieve their goals and improve confidence.
