Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for the Tilehurst service. You will help residents with daily living tasks, support personal care, and promote independence within a collaborative team environment.

Role includes driving duties, weekend shifts, and engaging residents in community activities to enhance quality of life. Training and DBS checks are provided as part of joining Voyage Care.

Qualifications

• Must be a car driver.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, Hoisting and daily living activities.
• Encourage residents to access local communities and socialise.
• Support independence and life skills in a dynamic team.
• Occasional outings to bars, cinema or other local activities.
