Job summary

Based at the Camfan Service, Lampeter, the role requires a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. You’ll work Monday–Friday with flexibility for service needs, contribute to our values of Compassionate, Authentic

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience and knowledge of issues relating to vulnerable people is essential.
• It is essential to hold a valid UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle.
• More important are; A passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible, An enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to people’s lives, A strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player, Ability to deal with conflicting and difficult situations.
