This role values patience, resilience and the ability to follow care plans, with shifts including weekdays and weekends and a driving requirement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience in care or supporting individuals preferred.

• Help residents gain more independence in daily life within a supportive team.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines in a respectful, dignified manner.
• Encourage community access, social activities and engagement with local facilities.
