Job summary

Active Care Group in Liskeard is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist a male client living with an acquired brain injury. You will provide daytime support, help with personal care, transfers, and daily activities in a wheelchair-accessible home.

Shifts are 24 hours, with a day hours block, a sleep-in, and morning routine help. The role is on a flexible zero-hours contract with regular weekly shifts; benefits include DBS check, induction training, holiday pay, Nest

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable with a calm, friendly approach.
• Confident driver with access to a vehicle.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide daytime support and personal care.
