Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Female Support Worker in King's Lynn to provide person-centred care across a 37.5-hour week. The role pays £13.45 per hour and requires a full UK manual driving licence. You will support three ladies aged 25–61 in a supported living bungalow, contributing to their independence and daily living activities.

You’ll join a dedicated team, with training provided. Flexibility for early/late shifts and sleep-ins is needed, as the service operates 24/7.

Qualifications

• Confidence supporting people with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Flexibility to work early, late, weekend and sleep-in shifts.
• A full UK manual driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs.
• Support with personal care, medication, meal planning and preparation, household tasks, health appointments and daily routines.
• Encourage the people we support to develop skills around the home and make choices about how they want to live their lives.
• Support with attending day services, shopping trips, days out, holidays and social activities.
• Work as part of a supportive team with opportunities for lone working during 1:1 support hours.
• Manual driving licence is essential for mobility vehicle duties.
