Autism Initiatives in Kensington, Liverpool is seeking a Male* Support Worker to help people live as independently as possible, with driving duties as required.

You’ll build trusting relationships, support daily living skills, personal care where needed, and encourage participation in activities.

No prior care experience required; full training and ongoing support are provided, with a full-time 39-hour week and a competitive salary of £26,485 per year.

Qualifications

• You don’t need prior care experience, but you must be positive, caring and respectful.
• Reliable, resilient and motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Driver is required for this role.
