Job summary

Autism Initiatives, Liverpool, is seeking a Male Support Worker with a valid driving license to join our Kensington-based Supported Living team. This full-time role (39 hours per week) offers £26,485 per annum and the opportunity to help autistic adults live more independently.

No prior care experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop essential skills for person-centred care.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll build positive, trusting relationships with the people you support, helping them to live as independently as possible while achieving the goals that matter most to them.

No two days are the same. You could be:

  • Encouraging participation in hobbies, education, employment and community activities.
