Job summary

Active Care Group's Active Assistance division in Formby is seeking a part-time driver to support a 16-year-old boy with autism and ADHD in his family home and community. You will drive him in your own car, with weekday afternoons 2pm-6pm, on a flexible zero-hours contract offering regular shifts.

We offer up to £13.50 per hour, holiday pay, induction training, DBS check paid, pension, and ongoing support from care managers; rotas planned in advance, refer-a-friend scheme, and career development

Qualifications

• Valid driving license and own car required.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs preferred.
• Comfortable working with a 16-year-old in home and community.

Responsibilities

• Provide transport and care support during weekday afternoons.
• Accompany client to activities and community outings.
• Maintain consistent schedule and reporting to care team.

You would be required to drive him in your own car.Meet our client:Our client lives at home with his mum and two dogs. He is very close to his family, likes having a joke / having a laugh, likes golf and is a football fan.Shifts:Weekday afternoons 2pm-6pmPart timeIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
