Job summary

Aspirations Care Limited is seeking a Driver Essential for Hythe/Folkestone to join a caring, community-focused team. The role focuses on supporting people with daily activities, meals, and life skills, bringing empathy and reliability to every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Help plan daily routines and support morning activities.
• Assist with meals, breakfast preparation and basic daily tasks.
• Support with life skills like cooking, budgeting and managing hobbies.
• Engage in walks, chats, and meaningful conversations with people we support.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and compassionate care.
