United Response Ilminster requires caring dedicated Support Workers to empower the people we support to live the life they want. Roles include evening, weekend and bank holiday work, with sleep-in shifts.

You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle, and be prepared for an enhanced DBS check. Training and ongoing development are provided to build a rewarding career.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
Experience or familiarity with care/support apps is advantageous.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

Support residents in Ilminster with daily living activities and community participation.
Balance independence with safety, empowerment and personal choice.
Complete shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins as required.
