Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a female Support Worker in Warrington to help three women in their 20s–30s live independently in a shared home. You will support daily living skills, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and personal care where needed.

Shifts are flexible across weekdays and weekends, with pay starting at £12.85 per hour and rising to £13.45 from 1 October. A full UK/EU driving license is essential to enable transport for activities.

Qualifications

• Full UK/EU driving license is essential.
• Ability to support adults with independent living in a shared home.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop independent living skills for residents.
• Support with finances and budgeting.
• Help with cooking, cleaning and laundry.
• Assist with preparation for and attendance at part-time jobs.
• Provide personal care where required.
• Encourage participation in activities and hobbies.
